Fundraiser benefitting "Wine to Water" at Social

In 2004, Doc Hendley envisioned an organization that would provide clean drinking water and improved sanitation to under-developed countries all over the world. Wine to Water held their first fundraiser in Raleigh, North Carolina in February of 2004 to see if in fact it was an idea that people would respond to. The concept was originally to put on benefit wine events, such as tastings, then use all of the money raised to support water projects around the world. The first fundraiser was a great success.
